Return Policy

Please send all returns to: Mazda Swag, 2200 W. Pioneer Parkway, Peoria, IL 61615
Customers are responsible for Packaging and Shipping Returns back to Mazda Swag
The customer is solely responsible for all returns if a VIN is not provided at checkout.
Include a copy of the invoice with the return.
Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
We will not accept returns on tried/used parts.
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts.
Freight/Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Submit return requests within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

We cannot accept returns on installed or tried parts.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
We do not accept returns on discontinued models.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
If a part has been damaged or lost due to the shipping carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to make a claim.

Cancellation Policy

An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and is no longer in our possession.
If the canceled part was specially ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 15% will apply.
